Communication in the Classroom!

Another entry of (PoK), when we first initiate the way to learning Languages it is important to have good communication skills between the teacher and the students this does not imply you have to understand everything that is being told but making the correct questions and suggestions on top of that the correct pronunciation with the right vowel sound will make you sound professional and able to speak with fluency. As a student should actively listen to the instructions and ask for the knowledge you lack to perform better awareness on which you can properly guide you to your growing path, as a teacher you should pay careful attention on student´s strengths and weaknesses and catch their reactions to the intention to inspire them to reach their goals.

Suggestions students: As a student it is important to recognize what it comes easier to you and center to focus to work on it, it is a fairly tale that all students will make the same progress and there will be better ones than you but the thing is everyone is outstanding on something, if you can't understand properly while reading but you are quite social use this to socialize on English as much as possible even get feedback from others to complete your work. From what I have seen this happens all the time so there is no need to compare your skills with others as long as you are improving your own skills and independence, remember that every skill is a bless and a curse for others so use your advantages to perform unique from others.

Suggestions teachers: As a teacher, it is important not to push students to be on the same level of grade-taking ability and get stressed by it remember that once you were little and confused by inertia starting is always difficult, in contrast, you shouldn´t feel bad either if not everyone is able to learn is not your fault but your interest to keep improving is your responsibility,  keep a calm perspective and don't feel challenged by students they can be smarter in many ways too but your responsibility lies on drive the class interest to learn new topics and teach them on interesting ways while keeping the order and authority.

Suggestions as a team: Both groups need to know each other well and comprehend their perspective as a whole, the teacher cannot read the mind but can use intuition guesses, the students overall is not obligated to love the class even though nothing is wrong with it. Sadly as a team not everyone ready to take actions and actually do something meaningful for themselves but that's ok what you want to as leader is to give to best experience possible to everyone this including you (the teacher) using your own perseverance to overcome obstacles.

Those learning styles are categorized in the way the material can be interpreted.
Learning styles:

Visual: It is the most common among the others, using visual material stimuli students' minds to pay attention to appeal to imagination and novelty, websites like YouTube, Instagram or Tik tok are the great examples without effort we look at them as easy to digest-to-content. Completing puzzles are a great way to use logical/analytical thinking, and reading books, especially about stories we like (comics, novels, science fiction)

Auditory: It may not seem like much to listen to audios about people talking Languages, but if given the opportunity recognizing the way the pronunciation and fluency used by foreigners is a big plus to understanding other people in real life, the good thing this skill can be worked on passively while doing household activities. But the real benefits happen when put all of our focus in understanding and catching differences between people.

Verbal: When we need to talk in any Language we have to sound confident or the risk of being misunderstood is greater, talking to yourself or others is an essential step in creating confidence while speaking and losing up. There is activities like making open questions where every student should participate and ask back, debating about many topics of interest, and expositions to put on a show your ideas.

Solitude: There may be times of reflection in which we need to use our time on improving our skills it is important to look for the best sources to study, usually academic documents are best since they have been tested and approved as university work or made by professionals if you can get more feedback about your sources the better.

Kinesthetic: The most underrated among the others, while "Kinesthetic" refers to the human sensations, it plays a crucial role on improving experience while learning idioms since the place you study may define your enthusiasm and willingness to continue learning new things. If you can use material from different countries like playing roles or decorating the classroom according to the countries the better, remember that the overall results depend on the willingness of others so making silence and talking when needing to will improve communication and execution.
